The living room couch converts into a comfortable pull-out bed, allowing the condo to sleep up to 6 guests. We provide extra sheets and pillows for the pullout to ensure a comfortable stay.

We loved staying at this condo. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool. We were close to hiking, spring training, restaurants and groceries. It was nice being able to walk to Old Town in the evenings. We would stay here again!
My husband and I stayed here for a few days before a work trip. Great location close everything you need! We enjoyed sitting on the patio. We will be back!

Stayed here for a golf trip and the location was central to a number of amazing courses. The unit was very comfortable and it was great to have the balcony to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather/view. We forwarded feedback to the owner on the cleaning service, which we appreciate was out of his control. Communication with the owner was fantastic (thank you again Lance!) and the trip was great.

Parking for one car in covered spot, put the others in the street as we were not sure about it but there was ample street parking
Lance’s place was clean and comfortable. Both beds were comfortable with good sized rooms, with towels and kitchenware clean as well. Great balcony to enjoy the weather. Nice to have an assigned covered parking spot. 4 minute walk to Starbucks. Only stayed one night but hope to be back!
Had a great stay here... perfect location for spring training baseball ⚾ especially if you're a Giants fan! Also perfect for Tesla/EV owners since there's a supercharger across the street. Comfortable and spacious condo... Super responsive owner... Close to grocery shopping, restaurants etc. Next time I am in Scottsdale I'll definitely look to book this again.
Decent place for the price. In defense of the owner, I didn’t communicate any issues. The a/c didn’t work, no sheets for the pullout couch (at least we couldn’t find them). Location for our purpose was perfect. If you are looking for something clean, and meets your location needs, 👍
Condo was perfect for a girls’ getaway in Scottsdale. Close to Old Town shopping and the Art’s District, the Fashion Square Mall, Botanical Gardens and many amazing restaurants. The property was very clean and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside is that the property is located on the corner of two busy streets. Some traffic noises can be heard, especially in the bedrooms. Would recommend earplugs, for light sleepers. Would definitely book this condo again!
Great Spot for our Weekend Get Away. Flight was delayed so we arrived in the middle of the night the check-in was a bit confusing as the condo complex is very large and now that we know it is super easy! Just tell your transportation you are right across from the Circle K. We did grab some groceries at Sprouts across the way along with checking out the Irish Bar and Wok and Roll!! Took about 10-15 minutes to make it down to Old Town on foot but there were many bars along the way! Quiet area, felt very safe, had an enjoyable trip! Will book again
First review! My wife and I stayed here four nights because we wanted to be relatively close to everything Old Town Scottsdale has to offer.
Overall:
1) Location - unless you want to stay in a hotel, there aren’t many condo/house rentals near the heart of Old Town. This unit is just a couple blocks east of Old Town (according to Google maps) and you’re a 15-minute walk away from the heart of it and/or Scottsdale Fashion Square. There’s also a handful of traditional restaurants and a grocery store directly across the street.
2) Modern unit – this is an older condominium project (built in the 70’s) but you wouldn’t know it once you are inside the unit. The kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, furniture, and decorations are all up to date and high quality.
3) Parking – like many older projects, all parking is outdoor. Some are uncovered, some covered. This unit arguably has the best reserved spot. It’s covered, well-lit, and just a few steps from the front door.
4) Nice spacious balcony. We didn’t spend much time outside because of the time of year, but the balcony has comfy furniture and plenty of room for hanging out. You will hear and see traffic on Camelback.
5) No laundry in the unit, but there are shared W/Ds available in the project.
6) There is a shared pool and a jacuzzi available by the clubhouse, but we did not visit.
