We loved our stay at this house! It was so kid friendly and had ALL the fun toys! They have everything you need there and lots of space for a big group. I really appreciated the gated off area for the pool with our little ones. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. We can’t wait to come back!!

Great comfortable stay.

The Peoria Oasis was the perfect place for us to stay. 4 adults. Each couple had their own space. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. And then some. The outdoor area is amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.

Great property for families

Went to Arizona for a baseball tournament. Stayed in this home with another family. It was absolutely perfect! It was spacious, the pool was great, tv's in every room, lots of activities to do (pool table, ping pong table, mini basketball hoop) and the location was perfect. The host Kay was so accommodating and responsive. We can't wait to stay there again next year.

Beautiful Home, Clean & Nicely Furnished!

We gathered together with family and celebrated a dear relative’s 95th birthday! Kitchen very well equiped. Clean. Beds comfy. Great location & only 2 miles N of Cardinal stadium. As an owner of vacation rental properties using VRBO since 2006, I know what demanding customers expect, and these folks do it!

Best Vacation Home Ever!!

This house is amazing and we loved every moment of being there. Every room is stunning and the house is so spacious for families. Never have we been to a vrbo with everything that this house had to offer from the pool, the many games and activities for the kids and the house felt so cozy and fully stocked with everything this momma needed to cook some goodies! We will be back again and again. The hosts were so gracious and very thoughtful. My kids says this is their favorite. ❤️

Perfect Family Oasis

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this home, we were travelling with two young kids and 3 generations. The house had everything you could need for kids including toys, games , water toys, high chair, and dishes ! The pool was absolutely amazing, always warm so kids could stay in the water without getting cold ! Lots of places to sit out side either in the sun or shade :) The stay was perfect with kitchen equipped with everything you could ever need including a margarita machine ! Was also very conveniently located as we travelled both to the zoo and aquarium ! There is absolutely nothing I would change about his place and would stay here again!

Book this one!

Searched VRBO's all over Phoenix and chose this one. Absolutely perfect! Host prompt/helpful communication. Above and beyond expectations. Decorated for Christmas for us, family member got hurt (off property) and they brought us a walker within hours. House had everything we needed to cook and serve Christmas dinner. Outdoor area had everything grill, blackstone, heaters, firepit, hot tub and of course the beautiful pool. Definitely would book this one again!

Winter Getaway - Spring Training and Golf

We stayed at the Peoria Oasis for the month of March 2025. We do this frequently and it was by far the best home we have ever rented! The kitchen was extremely well equipped with more than enough place settings and dishes for a very large group. Every possible gadget (including an air fryer!) was there along with some I would never think of. Two nice touches were the packaged snacks on the counter along with very sharp knives!Ron was great at keeping us propane supplied as some evenings were a bit cool and I am a dedicated outdoor BBQ cook. The yard was truly like a resort with a huge amount of activities. The pool was great including an extra deep end for working on cannonballs! Cornhole and axe throwing (plastic!) were particularly fun diversions. For future visitors with a large group be aware thay there are only two bathrooms so getting your people out to an activity first thing in the morning can be a challenge. Also there is some traffic noise from the 101. Neither of these would disuade me from staying here again.

Wonderful Communication & Fully Stocked

My family (two children 10 & 11) and our friends stayed at the house. All communication with Kay was easy and timely. From the time we booked to the day we were checking out, I had instant communication with the house host. And was quick to rectify any questions we had. Very nice to have the garage door opener so we could park inside the garage. And lots of extras included, spices, plastic baggies, foil, bathroom essentials, SNACKS! We've stayed at other VRBO houses and you arrive for your stay with none of the extras available. So you are buying salt and pepper and aluminum foil for a couple day trip. But not at this house, all the details were thought about. Kitchen was fully stocked. Even had a bluetooth speaker of you to use during your stay. Very well thought out for the comfort of their guests. Convenient location to get on the 101 and only a few miles from the Glendale area with lots of entertainment and restaurants.
