Bedroom 1 has a King bed and connecting bathroom with garden tub, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed with large connecting bathroom Both Bedrooms have large walk in closets. it's an end unit, very private and no one above you. Extra quiet! Full size front loading new washer and dryer in the unit. Great deck with wonderful views. New appliances and modern kitchen. Great location and close to all that Scottsdale has to offer. Beautiful Mountain Views, festivals, hiking, biking, beautiful lakes, day trips and walking distance to star bucks, Groceries and wonderful places to eat. Near Barrett Jackson, Spring Training, Waste Management Golf, and minutes from West World. This condo has so many amenities and features. Putting Green on site, Fitness Center, Large Heated Pool and Spa all year round. Sauna and Steam rooms, outdoor BBQs all very well maintained.
