"HUGE cockaroach/water bug came out of the drain while I was showering within 30minutes of check in. Was not offered a new room, I had to ask and was only offered a room that was directly connected to the room I was staying in...didn't make sense to me. If the bugs are in the building then moving to another room in the same building does nothing. Front desk apparently never logged the incident. Day 2 I received a text asking about my stay and again reported the issue. This time was offered to downgrade. Not an option. This was a special anniversary trip. Lobby ran out of coffee by 8:30, had it advertised until 9am. Inquired and was told it would be refilled twice, but no one ever came. Ended up having to pay for a cup of coffee at the café. Not enough staff at the restaurant. Definitely order breakfast off the menu, not the continental breakfast, food kept running out."
