We had a fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the process. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!
We enjoyed the outside a lot. It kept us busy when we had enough water time. Any kind of entertainment was available. We used it all. The pool was terrific and it was hard to stay out of it.

Satisfactory but not luxury
Overall this house is not worth the rental fee. The backyard, courts and pool were nice and what I expected. However 2 bedrooms and part of the house were a converted garage. Nothing was high end except for the refrigerator and oven. Everything was worn and the cheapest material possible. For half the price, this house would have been fine. It took a day to get the hot tub working right and the pool slide water hose was never fixed. I would rent another property.
Overall the property was well maintained with plenty of space to host a large group of people. We rented this property to bring in the New Years and were not disappointed. The host was quick to communicate and everything that was outlined in their posting was accurate. I would definitely rent out this property again in the future!
Some areas for improvement would be the size of the concrete blocks where the basketball and pickleball courts are located. When using these courts we often found ourselves almost twisting our ankles off the concrete blocks (especially the pickleball court). It would be a huge benefit to the guest if the concrete blocks were bigger to avoid injury.
great house but garage bedrooms were a little warm

House is large and that is about all it has going for it. The house is in need of TCL. Every where you look it needs repair. The furniture is cheap, dresser drawera falling out of dressers, out door couch is broken. The dishwasher is not attached to cabints so tips foward if you pull a fray out. The water silde is broken they tryied to fix it with some pvc glue when we called and informed the owner. and pool is a little grimey and need of a good clean.
Property was everything we were looking for in a bachelor party spot for a long weekend. The kitchen, backyard, and pool were the best highlights but the living spaces were also top notch. For this price, if you’ve got a big party, it’s definitely worth staying in this great place. So much of the night life and golf is just a short Uber ride away.
Amazing… every single aspect of my stay was superb! Clean, stylish, modern, every attention to detail was made…phenomenal! Will try & utilize this property for future endeavors when making accommodations for visiting USPS Administrative Executives. This is the Gold Standard in VRBO, bar none.
We had 16 adults stay at this property for a 5 day golf trip. The property was great and was better than advertised. Robin was easy to deal with and very responsive.
This house was absolutely perfect for a bachelor party/golf trip. The house comfortable slept all 20 of us and the outdoor activities were great. Robin was awesome from day one and was always happy to answer any questions over the app/phone. Can’t recommend the house enough.
We rented this home for our family trip from Michigan December 8-12. It was a beautiful property inside and out but the backyard really shined. We had a contingent of young children so the games , pool, hot tub were all thoroughly enjoyed. Great location in Scottsdale. The host was super responsive to questions or concerns. I would definitely return and recommend anyone else looking to visit the Scottsdale area in comfort and style , to check this place out!
Property management was great. Very responsive to any issues we had. Our biggest problem was getting the pool to a swimable temperature. It was cold (frost a few mornings) not the pools fault. The backyard was amazing! The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay

The big takeaway from this review is that this property is not worth the money. They are charging too much for what they have. It would be different if there were no added fees. The house is a nice big house, perfect for big families. It has a lot of potential to be excellent, but sadly there were many reasons why it fell short. The biggest turn off was the surprise fees after booking. They wanted to charge us an extra 100 to use their sports equipment, which was not advertised. I messaged the owner and they did finally agree to waive the fee after back and forth conversation, but had I not paid attention to the very long message they sent and reached out, we wouldn't have known that the sports equipment that was pictured would cost extra. The pool and hot tub were very dirty. Dirt, sand, and leaves were all throughout the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was gritty and gross, I did not want to stay in it for very long. This was a huge problem, considering that I paid extra to heat the hot tub. The pool table was fun, however it is very well worn. Be careful where you put your feet on one side, because there is a hole in one of the side pockets where the balls fall to the floor. There is an uneven tile placed behind the dining room table in front of a bedroom doorway that I stepped on one night and hurt my foot. The garbage disposal quit working the day before we checked out, it needs to be replaced. Customer service was mediocre at best when we reached out.
We had a really nice time at this house!! The backyard was the highlight - so many activities to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen was also great - lots of space to prepare meals for large groups and a massive fridge and freezer to use.
My only issues were that parts of the home were not cleaned upon checkin, and the pool features had not been turned on ahead of check in. There was also no vacuum or dustpan provided for the broom - which we were hoping to have either of those handy to clean up after ourselves throughout our stay.
There is a customer service staff that I reached out to to resolve these issues. They were responsive most of the time and we ultimately got all issues sorted.
Those were relatively minor issues, so I would recommend this house for groups looking to spend time together! It is a bit of a drive to old town so keep that in mind if that is a priority for your group.

Great Property But Cleanliness & Owner Interactions Questionable
Overall, the property itself is impressive. The outdoor amenities are fantastic and accommodate all ages. While we had a few issues with the pool and hot tub heating, this was not a primary concern and the service responded promptly to our call. The concerns and rating are related to cleanliness and interactions with the owner on these concerns. Here are 3 specific examples: 1) the most significant concern is that we found hair and cracker crumbs in some of the sheets the first night. This was not a single random strand of long hair but multiple short pieces of hair. Given it was late, we used the extra clean sheets found in a closet. 2) Within a couple hours of arriving, our feet were super dirty from walking inside (not outside) in our bare feet. While it is the desert, it seems highly unlikely that feet would be that dirty that quickly if the floor was mopped earlier in the day. 3) We found a pile of dirty laundry in one of the closets. It is understandable that it would be difficult to complete all the laundry for a property of this size within the 6 hours between check-in and checkout, however it is not acceptable to leave a large pile in a closet accessible to guests.
When I shared the above findings with Robin and even offered to send pictures, the response I received lacked any element of customer service. He stated, "your comments are just wrong and all you had to do is call the customer service number". This is true, we could have called at 10pm and waited for someone to come to change the sheets, however, no reasonable guest would expect to find hair and crackers in the bed sheets on the first night. His response went on to state, “to think it was not mopped or beds not made is just plain silly. Because we are affluent enough to purchase such a lavish estate, you paid the same nightly rate of a 200 ft hotel room at any resort near here. We do get travelers from cheap states like Wisconsin, Minnesota, the Dakotas (where homes are $50-60K) that have no clue the value they are receiving…". As you might guess, I am a resident of one of those states. He closed with "If you are indeed not happy, please leave right now and we will credit the last night of your stay". While the property has great amenities, based on our experience the cleanliness and interactions with Robin have resulted in a lower rating.
