Charming 3-bedroom bungalow with AC in Phoenicia, Catskills
- Whether you are coming to relax or play hard with family and friends, Phoenicia is the perfect place to stay in the Catskills. There is always so much to do during any season. During the Spring, Summer and Fall months, we have fly fishing, incredible trails to hike/bike, waterfalls (Katterskill is 28 minutes away!), the Esopus to tube or kayak in, and several swimming holes. During the winter months, we are close to 3 ski areas; Hunter (19 min), Belleayre (20 minutes),Windham (34min).
