This apartment is located in East Parkside, a diverse, up-and-coming neighborhood close to the Philadelphia Zoo. It's part of a multi-unit complex, and we strive to maintain a safe, quiet environment for all guests. We recommend researching the area ahead of your stay. Please note: street parking only.

Check-In & ID
Check-in is contactless via a secure smart lock code, sent to you before arrival. As part of our policy, we require ID for all guests included in the booking.

Consumables
An initial supply of toiletries and basic essentials is provided. Guests are responsible for restocking these items (food, beverages, toiletries, etc.) during their stay.

Linens
Extra linens are available on request prior to arrival. Please note: we do not provide extra linens for sofa beds or air mattresses unless arranged in advance based on occupancy.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with a $125 fee per pet ($125 additional for a second pet). We require a photo of your pet and current vet records prior to arrival. Dogs are permitted for long-term stays; cats are welcome for stays under 3 months.

Unit Details
This unit is located in the basement. Only the living room is equipped with a TV. Please note the living room couch was recently replaced after damage—feel free to reach out with any questions before booking.

Climate Control
To maintain a healthy, comfortable environment, the thermostat is set to a constant 70°F and should not be turned off, as this helps manage indoor humidity. A humidifier also runs continuously in the unit and needs to be emptied daily—guests can handle this themselves, or grant us access to take care of it each day.
