"The inn keeper was very nice and even upgraded our room free of charge to the corner room with a view of the town. The building is a beautifully upkept, literally Victorian style inn on the main strip of Ferndale; only 15 minutes from downtown Eureka. The dining room and bar have a homely feel with the large fireplace and friendly staff. Each room at the inn is unique in its own right and theme. I was surprised at how tall the ceilings are because usually older buildings have lower ceilings, but they had to be at least 14 feet tall, even in the rooms. Check in and out was quick and easy and if I ever find myself in the area again, I will be staying at the Victorian Inn again! Thank you for the stellar hospitality"

"It was a cute and well located B&B. Property clean and can tell they keep it up. Only thing I will say is that they said breakfast was at 9am but didn’t get served until 9:15/9;20am but it was very good. "

"Well-stocked kitchen and the pool was a great bonus after a day of hiking! Our kids enjoyed the pool (and Murphy bed). I had coffee every morning out back while watching deer and neighboring goats grazing. This rental was the highlight of our 8-day trip to Northern California. "
