"Very conveniently placed for accessing both the pier and the castle area.Very quiet residential area-property has everything you need for a comfortable stay."
"Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the host was very welcoming. The breakfast each morning was lovely, especially the homemade cakes. Highly recommend!"
"Annabelle and her mother were extremely accommodating and helpful providing with valuable information about the area ; breakfast was excellent and they stored our bags for late check-out."
"When I booked on Expedia the hotel had amenities such as a pool and hot springs. When we arrived it was clear this hotel never had these features. Is there anything that prevents the property from editing their hotel listing after booking? Overall a nice hotel with terrific apartment Terrace right overlooking the beach. The place was good for a one and done experience, but I would not go back because of the omissions listed when we booked. "
"We are just back from visit to Ischia and our stay at the Aragona Palace Hotel was the perfect base for our first, but not last, visit to this beautiful island. The hotel is ideally situated within easy walking distance of local amenities, such as restaurants, shopping and the beach, and transport links to get around the island. The hotel itself has a full range of facilities, with great food and ever helpful and friendly staff. Our room was clean and comfortable with a a view over the...
"AMAZING HOTEL! Beautiful property. All the staff were amazing from our shuttle driver Antonio, our desk personnel and our amazing restaurant people including Enzo.
So personal with all of us. Hotel and pool were beautiful.
Highly recommended."
"Hard to find hotel, but I think we are seniors, we are not savy with Google map, someone young would find it easy.
Ana and her friend who mend the place are super friendly. They switch my room to the ground level floor because I have problem with stairs. The room is cleaned , bed made every 2 days, even though I don’t need it. The rooms on ground floor are more spacious than the room that we occupy on 1st floor"
"This hotel is where you need to stay in Ischia. The location is absolutely perfect and the staff was incredible. Our room was great and we will be staying here when we come back."

"Such a beautiful hotel! So happy we stayed here. Would definitely stay here again! The amenities and hotel room were very clean and perfect for our stay. And the sea side view… absolutely stunning!! Beds and AC were perfect too."
"We were welcomed with such warmth and offered a glass of bubbles or a non-alcoholic drink on arrival. We were given a family room not far from the rocky beach, with stunning views and perfectly placed sunbeds within the cove.
The only downside was that we got caught in heavy rain, which unfortunately flooded our room. The staff quickly moved us to a room on the 2nd floor inside the hotel—what a beautiful room!—but it did mean we had to move all our suitcases up and down, as we had to retun back into our old room, which was a bit of an inconvenience as we were only there fir 3 nights.
The staff, however, were all absolutely lovely. A special mention goes to Rocco at the breakfast bar, who was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating every morning an the guy at reception which I forgot his name. The restaurant was really good but a bit over priced considering there was not much food on the plate.
I would definitely recommend this hotel but not for people with either a physical disability or physical inability as there are a lot of stairs, the lift was out of order but only within the building.
However, thank you to all and thank you for let us staying, I will definitely return

"Aragona Palace in Ischia was honestly such a vibe. The location could not be better, right on the harbor, so every morning I woke up to ferries, pastel buildings, and the ocean just doing its thing. My room had a balcony, which meant I got to people watch like a pro while sipping wine and pretending I was an Italian movie star (reality: sweatpants, leftover pizza). The real highlight though? The thermal pools. They have one indoors that is all calm, quiet, and spa like, perfect for soaking away the I walked too much today pain. Then there is the outdoor pool, which is basically heaven: warm mineral water, sunshine, and that smug feeling of yes, I am thriving. Breakfast was classic Italian, pastries, fruit, coffee that could power a small car. The staff were super friendly, always ready to help, and honestly made the whole stay even better. Overall, it was the perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and why don’t I live here forever?"
"Property was located half way between Ischia port and Ischia center making the walk to either very easy. Also the property was one block from bus stop. Two swimming pools on premises - one was thermal. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. The included breakfast had a large selection of items including fresh pastries. I highly recommend this property."
"Amazing place to stay that is walking distance to loads of great spots. Breakfast is superb & staff are very helpful and attentive. The view from the beach with a limoncello spritz is amazing."
"We stayed at Hotel Ulisse after taking a ferry from Naples to the island of Ischia. Hotel Ulisse is about mid-way from the Marina to the Castello. I liked the hotel because it is on a side street away from crowds, and it is a stone's through from the beaches. There are public and beach clubs nearby.
This is a smaller hotel with nice amenities. It is clean inside with a nice reception area, and a bar across from the lobby. There is a beautiful pool on the lower floor. And there is a breakfast room which is of good size. The breakfast is included and had a good variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The breakfast staff were very attentive.
Check-in was fast and efficient. The staff were very nice and spoke English. The room was a bit on the smaller size, though we had an amazing view of the Castello Argonese. Really the view at night was impressive. Yes, the bathroom is small though has all you could want. There is balcony with seating so you can enjoy a drink and take in the lovely views.
We only were in Ischia for a day and night, though wished we had stayed longer. People were so nice, and there is so much to do. We will be back."
Tear yourself away long enough from snorkeling and relaxing in the thermal spas of Ischia to explore this gem of a medieval fortress on a rocky islet in the Bay of Naples.
Enjoy a drink on a terrace beside the water, organize a boat trip, or just watch the comings and goings at the main port of the beautiful little island of Ischia.
