"This is a family ran lodge with plenty of character. Rudy and Claudia are very helpful and attentive The dogs, cat, llama and little rabbit are super friendly as well. Perfect place to kick back and relax, it is a little tough to get in and out of there so plan accordingly. The place is a little rough on the edges, but that is the exact appeal. "This was incredible. If you are looking for a 5 star resort this may not be for you , but if you want a real authentic experience with an incredible view , I mean incredible. "Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. They arranged for our transportation. We arrived in the middle of the night and the staff was attentive, helpful and responsive to us as of it were the middle of the day. They even offered and provided bag meals for our early departure to Machu Picchu. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. "
