Scarborough Beach is one of Perth's iconic beaches. It has a beautiful clean white sand, turquoise water, enough surf for all but the most experienced of the surfing fraternity and is no more than 200 metres from restaurants, cafes and pubs. When the sun sets over the water, it is truly magnificent!

The property is 100m from famous Scarborough Beach, with perfect ocean views. Eighteen minute drive to Perth CBD. Short stroll to shops, cafes and public transport.
