👉 Linen & Towels:

We provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels from a commercial laundry service to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. To maintain this quality, please avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, body lotions, or other substances that may cause stains or damage. A replacement fee of $150 will apply for any linen that is marked or damaged. Thank you for helping us keep our space beautiful for all guests.



👉 Longer Stays:

For stays over 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged at the guest`s expense. This ensures the property is well-maintained for your comfort.



👉 Pet-friendly Property:

A pet fee of $25 per day applies, payable prior to your stay. Please ensure your furry friend is well-behaved and cared for during your visit. We reserve the right to reject your pet request if we deem your pet unsuitable for the property.



👉 Parking Information:

Our property features driveway parking for one to two cars. For your safety and convenience, on-street and driveway parking are not permitted.



You will have access to the entire property during your stay.

While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence – including regular cleaning between each guest, pest control treatments, and secure food storage – their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay.
