Falcon Bayview Beach House

Falcon Bay View is a big, light, bright and clean two story 4 by 2 beach house. Just a 2 minute walk to the ocean, close to Falcon Bay, and Avalon Beach, the Cut Golf Course, Port Bouvard and the Marina.

Enjoy the Falcon Bay ocean views from the upstairs sunny north facing living and kitchen area and the impressive extensive balcony nestled amongst the tree tops which oversees Falcon Bay and the twinkling night lights. Upper level evaporative airconditioning for summer and lower floor ceiling fans and gas heater for winter, plus an indoor wood fire, fully equipped kitchen, sunny open lounge room and family dining area, games room with pool table, extensive landscaped gardens, double lockup garage, secure rear yard (pets on request), outside BBQ gazebo area, plenty of parking and huge green grassy front yard for cricket and a kick of the footy.

Whilst staying in Falcon, go swimming, surfing, boating, fishing, crabbing, canoeing, kayaking, sail boarding, prawning or simply relax on the beach. Breakfast or Lunch at the Falcon Bay Cafe visit the famous Miami Bakehouse for a quick tasty lunch or any of the other close-by cafes, eateries and restaurants.

Falcon is a comfortable one hour drive from Perth and is located 10 kilometers south of Mandurah.

Fabulous Falcon

We enjoyed our 2 night stay with spacious balcony, large living area, well equipped kitchen and a leisurely walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a seaside stay.

Great family weekend

My adult kids, their partners and my grandkids spent a long weekend here and it was a perfect place for us. The house is very well-appointed with everything we needed, and there were lovely thoughtful additions, such as the toiletries included with our towels.The property is an easy walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the shopping centre.Thank you for providing such a woderful place to relax and spend family time. Beautiful stay!

This stay was just wonderful! The owner was super quick with responding to us, making sure that our stay was perfect. The location of the house was just minutes from the beach and to local shops. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you so much, I highly recommend this place for a weekend trip with a group of friends / family.

Great house in a great location

Stayed with family and found it to be a wonderful house with a large group. The location is great with a short walk to the beach. The house is well presented and the owners have paid attention to ensure everything you need is there and all in good order. Will definitely come back again.

Family Paradise

The BEST EVER family holiday! The house was perfect! great kitchen, toasty warm woodfire, areas for everyone to chill together or have a quiet space, very comfy beds. Location was close to the beach, close to shops, quiet and relaxing. Wonderful Host, Shannon, made everything so welcoming and easy for us. We'll definitely be back!!!

Fabulous stay.

Lsrge house with all you need to cook up a storm. Tavern nearby and coffee shop on the beach. What else could you ask for. Plus our dog had a safe back yard. Absolutely fabulous.

We had a wonderful time in this very spacious, well equipped, comfortable and beautifully presented accommodation. The open plan living, dining and kitchen is well designed with a beautiful log fire to finish it off. The floor plan is excellent and the beds were extremely comfortable. The grandchildren loved the games room that even had disco lights. The pool table was a big hit with young and old with a few hard fought tournaments being played. The massive balcony is incredible and great spot to relax and enjoy the views and birdlife. Shannon, the host, is amazing to deal with and very prompt in his responses to emails. Our fur babies were very safe in a secure backyard. Would definitely return

Incredible house in a perfect location

This 2 story beach house is just amazing. We all loved our stay, it’s quite, very close to the beach, clean, well set up and the balcony is wonderful. The property manager was lovely. Definitely recommend! Thanks again Gemma

Family holiday

We very much enjoyed the big deck, comfortable beds and lots of lounging space. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed especially the kitchen and other facilities. Close to the beach - kids & dogs loved morning walks to the cafe. Host very friendly & quick to respond to msg. Ideal place for all ages - we will go again.
