Your home away from home comes with an undercover standard *car parking space in a communal garage located within the complex.
If your here on business, we are walking distance to Woodside, Rio Tinto, BHP,. Mount Hospital is 5 mins away and only 10 mins walk into the city shopping malls
The space Your home away from home is located on the second floor, serviced by elevators and is a bright and spacious one bedroom apartment comprising of; Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with a small private balcony, separate bedroom with one king size bed, off the bedroom you will find mirrored robes that lead through to a full bathroom and laundry with washer and dryer
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, and a private balcony for morning coffee or afternoon drinks
Bedroom - Super luxe king bed, bedside lamps, mirrored wardrobe, TV and block out curtains in Bedroom
En-suite - comprising of shower (only) over bath tub , WC, vanity with mirror, hairdryer, laundry area with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board - toiletries & toilet paper are supplied to get you started with your stay, they are not intended to last the full duration.
Lounge / dining - two seater sofa + armchair to relax and watch your favorite flics (SMART 55" TV) just bring your own password for your streaming account as WIFI available free in apt. Large desk/dedicated work space. Lounge area is open plan and leads in to the dining and kitchen area
Kitchen - Fully equipped with Nespresso machine, fridge, dishwasher, electric Hob and electric under bench oven, we supply coffee pods, tea and sugar to get you started with your stay but may not last for the full duration.
Aircon - the open plan lounge is serviced by a reverse cycle cooling and heating air conditioner
Guest access Check in time is 3pm on the day of your arrival, check out time is 10am on your day of departure
Easy self check in via lock box located on site, all details on how to collect your key card will be sent to you prior to arrival. Check in guide will include step by step instructions along with images to ensure a smooth check in and most importantly, an enjoyable stay - written parking directions to our private undercover communal *parking space for a standard vehicle will be available in the lockbox with your key cards *height restriction of 2 meter high

Great accommodation, walking distance to all that Perth has to offer. Mark and Susie’s apartment is a lovely home away from home. All we needed for our nine night stay. The location is 10 minutes walking to Elizabeth Quay. Throughly enjoyed our stay.
Had a lovely stay at Mark and Suzie’s. The apartment is ideally located, within walking distance to the CBD, local CAT buses (free) and King’s Park. It is calm and peaceful and I slept very well. A wonderful welcome to Perth.
Mark and Suzie were excellent hosts. Communication was excellent, we had no issues with the check in and check out procedure. It was great being able to have a car space for our stay. The location was perfect, the apartment was comfortable and clean and the amenities very good. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to friends & would certainly stay here again when next in Perth.
Well equipped and comfortable apartment. Spacious living area and large bedroom and bathroom. Bonus to have a washer and dryer. The apartment also has a balcony overlooking pool and tennis court. Nice touches such as tea, coffee pods, milk etc. There is an underground parking space but it is a few minutes walk from the apartment block so much better to park outside to unload your car.

Loved the apartment. It’s obviously new, well appointed, and very comfortable.
Walkable into downtown, the convention centre
Great walkable park across the road. Jacob’s Ladder is just steps away
Only downfall was the parking. Street parking is all that’s available, and it’s a lottery to get a spot.
The Hosts ensured we understood access & how to find parking. The apartment is so clean & well equipped.with homely touches. Location is excellent with a bus to City right outside. We were very comfortable & happy there. Thank you to Hosts Mark & Suzie.
Excellent location. Right next to Jacob’s Ladder and easy walk to Kings Park and Perth shopping areas. The apartment had everything we needed and the pool was nice. Mark was an excellent host. He provided very clear instructions and responded immediately to any questions.
Ideal spot to walk to shops, waterfront and parks. Complex was quiet with great facilities including tennis court, gym and pool. Bus access out the front. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Hosts were great, wonderful and succinct communication. Very helpful without being intrusive. Highly recommend and would stay again!!
Outstanding. Our hosts were extremely efficient in all ways; communication, unit presentation and cleanliness, parking included ( a high priority if you have a car). The location was ideal for us as we were travelling to sporting grounds, and then an easy 20m walk into city. Very happy and would definitely rebook if we were to come back to Perth

A lovely comfortable apartment within walking distance of CBD and local attractions eg Kings Park, Elizabeth Quay. Was equipped with everything you need for a short break. We stayed for 6 nights and made use of the swimming pool which wasnt busy. Lovely balcony to have breakfast outdoors. Great communication with owmer throughout our stay and very flexible. Highly recommend this property as a holiday rental
