Set on peaceful acreage in a beautiful country setting, this brand new 2x2 retreat offers a relaxing escape surrounded by nature. The property features open horse paddocks and state-of-the-art stables, creating a serene rural atmosphere with wide open spaces, fresh air, and the quiet charm of country living.
Thoughtfully designed with quality construction throughout, the home includes large double-glazed windows that flood the space with natural light and frame picturesque views of the surrounding landscape. Natural timber elements, warm finishes, and a cosy fireplace create a welcoming, homely feel — perfect for slowing down and unwinding.
The home comfortably sleeps 4 guests in beds, with an additional sofa bed available for up to 2 more guests.
This is a true country home, with all that entails — peaceful surroundings, occasional rural sounds, and a relaxed pace that makes it easy to switch off and recharge. Enjoy evenings in the outdoor spa under the stars, open skies, and the calm of acreage living, while still being within walking distance to a local brewery and the Yalgorup National Park.
Guests have access to the home and the front portion of the property, up to the black fencing. As this is a rural acreage, access to outdoor areas is at your own risk. Please be mindful of natural country hazards such as uneven ground, rocks, rabbit holes, and the possibility of snakes.
To help us establish the landscaping, we kindly ask that guests do not walk on the freshly sown grass in front of the stables.
