"My family and I have had our share of Holiday Inn stays over the years, particularly in airport areas. So, I am confident that I can adequately say that this property surprised me. First, for its space and clean common areas, such as the main entrance and lobby, and the elevators; their café is open 24 hours, and offers a good selection of grab'n-go food. Second, the shuttle service to and from the airport was clean, fast, and polite. Lastly, and this is my favorite part, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I gave it four stars because I found that the bathroom had some maintenance neglect, and the restaurant stops serving at 9:30 on most weekdays. "

"Stayed for a concert at Pier 17- nice part of Manhattan- actually clean, happy people, no one trying to kill me. Hotel was great with awesome views on the 20th fl. No cockroachs, bedbugs or rats- win! If you go with the hotel's parking partner ($52/24hrs) just know you'll haul your luggage for a 5min walk. "
