"The hotel is mostly clean and in a good location. We were traveling with our 4.5-month-old baby, and it was great that a baby cot was available.
The stay was a bit noisy because of construction nearby. "It's our 2nd time here and the experience has been awesome, as before. Super friendly staff, extremely clean toilet, comfortable bed and room. The thing that impressed us most is the ability to WhatsApp directly for any things we needed, like more water or toilet paper. Everything was also brought up to us very promptly. "I like it being so close to JB station and the shopping malls. The apartment is very spacious with fantastic view over the city and harbour. Everything is fine with the place apart from one big negative is that they do not answer phone calls. "I arrived at the hotel in the evening to check in, but there were no staff around and the front door was locked. I had to wait a long time. When the staff finally arrived, I had to pay an additional non-refundable RM10 tax and a security deposit — this should have been clearly mentioned when booking, especially since I had already paid through Expedia.
As for cleanliness, the female dorm was quite messy. It seemed like most guests were staying long-term, with personal belongings scattered...
