"Breakfast spread is ok, have noodles, porridge and other food. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable to sleep, mattress is just nice and it’s not too soft. Staffs are friendly and approachable and willing to assist. Will stay again in the future"

"While I’m happy with the room size which is spacious abd love the vanity table and mirror, the cleanliness of the toilet/bathroom needs to be seriously looked at. It realy needs deep cleaning on the walls and floor. And the towels and bathrobes needs replacement as all of them are old and comes with stain marks..even the extras that I’ve requested are old and stained. Housekeeping wise, can be improved more. Bathroom gully are badly choked and water flooded when showering. Hope hotel management can look into them."

Near the kotajail and zoo so a worthwhile visit while staying here. Compliment to Citra and Sham - friendly and welcoming. The room is relatively near just some piping sound in the room on and off from room 524."
