Welcome to this cozy house located in Perrusson, just a few minutes from the beautiful medieval town of Loches. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The house is arranged in a practical and comfortable way. There is one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. The bathroom is located on the ground floor, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

The house offers all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay: Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen equipment, dishes, bed linens and towels provided, so you can travel light and feel at home.

Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant garden with a swing for children and a table with outdoor chairs, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outside on sunny days. It is also possible to park up to 3 cars easily in front of the house.

Located in a quiet environment, the house is an ideal starting point to discover Loches, the Indre Valley and the famous Loire Valley castles.
