Charming, cozy, tranquil 1st floor condo - 5 minutes to Perkins Cove

"The property was for the most part decent. It was clean. It needed to be mopped but it was raining heavily and I believe that someone left not too long before we arrived so I give them that. The towels were smelly probably from the high humidity And we only had 1 each for my husband and I. The place is very very small and has wayyy too much furniture in it which made it seem even smaller. There is not much space to walk around the bed. My husband and I both bumped into the wood bed corners several times. I realize Alice is trying to get more sleeping arrangements but realistically it’s too small for families. The queen Murphy bed was comfortable enough. My suggestions would be to replace the furniture with a nice king size bed with nice bedding, i would have a couple of night stands with lamps, a smaller dresser for clothing and to place the TV on and maybe a smaller fold out chair that opens to a bed I would remove the stacking storage. There would be enough storage in the closet for extra blankets etc. Advertise it as a romantic couples retreat. It could be really really cute and high end. I would probably not stay there again. There are many much better places in the area in the same late September price range. I’m sorry to give a less than stellar review but I was rather disappointed"

"My family and I had a wonderful time using this charming house as a home base for a week in Ogunquit. It was convenient to everything! Theater, Perkins Cove, Jonathan's, Marginal Way, and restaurants in town were never more than a 15 minute walk away. We played board games on covered deck in the evening and had a great time being together. The hosts were attentive and friendly, but unobtrusive. I travel with my pets, and this was a wonderful place for them as well. Knowing we could use a washer/dryer made packing easy. When I return to Ogunquit for a visit, I will definitely return to this house!"
