Room was exactly as pictured, most amazing view of Nubble Light with breathtaking Sunrise!!! Staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful but the bed was old and horrible will have to buy a mattress topper for next time, and those chairs aren't comfortable either but the view is fantastic!!!

Loved the property. I had a wonderful solo trip for a couple days. The ocean view was beautiful and very peaceful. I was able to workout in their workout “house”. Very cute space. Even though it was mid winter. I was able to enjoy the warm sun in the morning. Take in the peace of the town on off season. Will definitely be back!

Terrible stay not recommended for families

I stayed at this hotel last weekend. This was second visit and this time the experience was terrible. I booked a luxury suite with king bed. I paid a total of $507 for one night. The room I was given did not have any kitchen. Not sure how that can be a suite. I stayed at a condo style suite in February that is fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry facility. I paid $250 for one night at that time. This time I was traveling with my child that is why I booked the same kind of room. But the room I was given had none of those amenities. No microwave and no stove to warm up food for my kid. They gave me the room in the hotel's website. It did not have any kitchenette, no microwave, only a wine cooler. A microwave and fridge is important when we travel with a child who was with me during check-in. The room we stayed in did not have any cell service from both AT&T and T-mobile. There was no phone in the room to call the reception or the emergency number they have given us. The hotel description says that they have a restaurant on site. But without a cell service or room service phone there was no way to call anyone including the emergency number. They had a WiFi network but it was not secure. There was no privacy acknowledgement and we tried not to use the WiFi network due to privacy concerns. When I told the management about the issues next morning they treated me pretty badly in front of my child. I felt threatened and my child was terrified.

The area was beautiful The view of Nubble Lighthouse from our suite was unexpected but not seen any where else. Very quiet and the suite had everything we needed. Loved the electric fireplace on the cool days. Can't wait to go back
