Fabulous

We came out for a softball tournament w 3 players and 3 Mom’s. This will be a yearly event. We loved this house so much!! Thank you for having us!! Place was amazingly clean and homey!! We hope to stay here again.

Nice house

House was convenient to Bradley U. where we were dropping off our daughter. Really nicely decorated and super clean. Lots of room and huge amount of storage. Modern amenities. We’ll definitely keep on our list for future trips.

Immaculately and meticulously clean.

In town for the week for work. This house is extremely well maintained and the cleanest VRBO I have ever encountered. Located near the Hospitals, the University, and downtown. Very comfortable and quiet all week. Owner communicates quickly with any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

We were in town with friends (three couples) for a concert at the Civic Center. We loved the house from the minute we stepped in it. It’s updated, clean and very roomy. We had more than enough room for all three couples and plenty of space to enjoy each other’s company in the living and dining rooms. The proximity to the Civic Center was great and if we’re ever back in town for another event we wouldn’t hesitate to book Branden’s place again!

Perfect

I've been traveling to Peoria for work for 3 months now and have stayed in 4 other homes. This one is by far the cleanest, most comfortable, and quietest I have found. This house is a real stand out, I always try to book this one when it is available.

Great place to stay in the city

This place was even better than we expected. Located downtown right near the main highway made it great for us. We enjoyed staying here during the annual Ledgestone disc golf tournament. The private outdoor deck on the back of the house was nice.This place was so clean and had a very relaxing vibe in the house. If I had to add any sort of constructive criticism it would be…for visitors like us that enjoy preparing and cooking our own meals it would be good to have a few more kitchen/cookware items. We would stay here again!!

Cher in Peoria

Loved this adorable home! It was perfect for our short stay in Peoria to see The Cher Show at the Civic Center. It is very close to downtown , yet in a quiet neighborhood . We loved sitting outside on the deck . The only thing that was a minor problem was parking. We were able to put a car in the garage , but was unsure if we could park on the street in front of the house. We managed to squeeze the other two vehicles in the drive, but it was a tight fit. We will definitely return here!

Super clean and comfortable house

The house is immaculate. It is comfortable with good lighting. The garage was nice to be able to use. I appreciated the minimal check out procedures. I felt very safe here, but there are houses that are boarded up nearby. The location is very convenient. The only downside to the house is the neighborhood. There is construction in the area, so I am hopeful that the area will continue to improve. We enjoyed seeing about 30-40 murals in the Peoria area. There is a map online.
