"Pulling onto the hotel property there was a man standing with an assault weapon in his pants-reported to the front desk the man working insisted the guy was military and stays on the property until I showed him the picture of the guy. We reported the light bulbs to the lamp were all on the floor, room wasn’t cleaned properly, some one left an arm brace on the floor, refrigerator (not cooling), water drained VERY SLOWLY. All of these room issues were reported-I was assured maintenance would come and clean. Still waiting! No one ever came. Not a good experience at all, little details make a huge impact. Had those little issues been taken care of the experience would have been better."

"Parking was great, staff was awesome, the room on the inside of the location was awesome. Wouldn’t suggest staying in the exterior rooms though. When I had an issue with noise is was accommodated with ease. Close to the beach, shopping, movies and stores. "
