Welcome to Blue Cottage!

Unique recently renovated one bedroom spacious sunny corner cottage (Duplex) in Eastside neighborhood. Blue Cottage features a queen bed, flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, fridge/freezer and coffee station. Cozy front porch and private parking.

The cottage was clean. Had a well supplied kitchen. The bed was not great (could use a new mattress) Was in a nice area and close to a lot on great restaurants.

Great stay for couples! Clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed staying in this home! The home was a small, ideal size for a couple. The home was clean and comfortable. Checking in was a breeze and the owners checked in with us our first morning to make sure we settled in okay. The home is right off of the interstate, which wasn’t the most ideal location. But the noise was not bad and the street was lit well. Quick drive to everything we needed! The refrigerator even had full ice cube trays which we really appreciate!! We would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area! I highly recommend as a great stay for 2!

Cute property. The inside is very nice. TV in bedroom and sitting area. The kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The porch railing is not secure, looking as if it has rotted on the bottom of several rails. It is directly across from the interstate, so it is noisy; however, you can't hear the vehicles in the bedroom with the air on. You can park on the street or in the back, but once the other visitors came (duplex), they parked in the back and took up the entire area. There was a group of homeless men who slept under the bridge each night. It made us somewhat uncomfortable since it was so close.It is close to grocery stores, restaurants, police station, etc.

Great place to stay. Very impressed by the owners. They left a supply of items you might need if you forgot anything. Place is very clean and well taken care of. Not in the best of neighborhoods but I felt safe. Only item was the light on the front porch was not working. I would highly recommend this place to you.

Cute little stay!

It's a cute updated little cottage. It was nicely decorated, and had some nice extra touches. The area isn't the best, but it definitely wasn't unsafe, or terrible. We had no issues. We would stay here again. The hosts were kind and helpful.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for our 2 year anniversary. When we walked in there were cupcakes congratulating us on 2 years of marriage. Just a sweet simple thought. The home was very clean, comfy environment, adequately stocked. They checked in with us after we had settled. Rating 4/5 just because the neighborhood wasn’t ideal but overall wouldn’t mind staying again.

Very clean and adequately stocked. Cozy and comfortable. Very little kitchen counter space. Overall a great rental but I was very uncomfortable with the location and there was a lot of street noise as it is right at the 110 on ramp. Parking in the back and walking around the front door to enter was scary at night.

No problems, no surprises.

Everything worked well & I was very comfortable. The bedding is top notch, I slept like a baby. Great water pressure in the shower & the ventilation in the bathroom is so good I think you could dry your hair under the a/c vent. I like simple & I was not disappointed. The central location is great for my work within the city. I will definitely consider booking again.
