"Great location and lots to do! "

"Everything was just okay. Looked smaller and more dated than the pictures. The biggest issue was I ended up with large charges from the family who previously stayed in our room. Staff was notified and they assured me it would be taken off. However, it cleared my bank account next day and it took a week after we got home to get our money back. Other than taking off the charge that wasn’t ours to start with, the staff did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. "

"The hotel had lots of outdoor amenities that seemed beautiful. Unfortunately due to weather we were not able to partake in them, making the room more important. Ended up with a lousy view of the roof of the adjacent attached building. Warning to Hilton Honors members, due to booking through Expedia you do not receive any points for the stay or any additional consideration."

"The view from the balcony was incredible! The pool by the bay was resort level quality and had a stocked bar in addition to, two dining options. Direct easy access to the gulf side where the resort had chairs and umbrellas, pending you upgraded your package. My only criticism would be the adventure package pricing is a bit high considering how frequently you may actually utilize it. I think a single use option should be provided such as water park for two hours, Kayaks for one hour etc. just felt for my family personally we only spent several Hours using those amenities and it could have been more cost effective for travelers. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend to Others"
