Unwind in style at this picturesque 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath soundfront condo — thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests for a blissful coastal retreat. Bask in the gentle murmur of Santa Rosa Sound and soak in the laid-back ambiance from your private balcony.

Enjoy unbeatable waterside serenity with easy boardwalk access to the beach. The condo also offers private parking, the island’s largest Olympic size pool, tennis courts, and even pier docking (daytime use only) for extra recreational flair.

• Comfort & Convenience Indoors
The fully equipped kitchen includes essentials such as a Keurig, blender, crockpot, toaster, and more—perfect for whipping up a casual breakfast or a family feast. There's also a washer/dryer to take care of any sand-filled clothes.

• Entertainment for All
Relax in the living room with free high speed Wi Fi, a large flat-screen TV, an Xbox with games, board games, and movie access—a perfect spot for entertaining between beach adventures.

• Restful Retreats
The King Bedroom offers a tub/shower combo, hairdryer, large closet, and roll away twin bed—ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. The Queen Bedroom mirrors this comfort with its own tub/shower combo, hairdryer, closet, and roll away twin bed too. Extra pillows and bedding add that thoughtful touch.

We provide a complimentary starter pack to help you settle in comfortably. This includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a sponge, one dishwasher pod, one laundry detergent, and hotel-sized toiletries. These items are meant to get you started, and for longer stays, you may wish to purchase additional supplies as needed.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

great view of bay beach across street,giant size pool right in front of property,the kitchen has everything you could need to cook meals which we did,home was very clean and comfortable 3 bathrooms,about a mile to shops bars and many places to eat, several liqour stores,it was a wonderful place to stay

Very nice spot! Close to beach with sunrises and sunsets! The host offers access to chairs if needed but we chose the beautiful pool which we had basically to ourselves. The master and balcony overlooks the Bay which is beautiful!

Clean and comfy beach retreat

The condo was wonderful. It was clean and spacious and the beds we SOOOO comfy! The kitchen was really well stocked and the sunset from the balcony was amazing. The only drawback was the amount of stairs with no elevator.

Relaxing and wonderful stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dune Our Thing. From the cleanliness of the accommodations, the fantastic view of the sound (we saw brown rays from the dock!) to the short walk to the beach, it was just what we were looking for. Thank you so much for having such a great place. We would stay again and will recommend it to friends and family.

Paradise

The best location. A 4 minute walk to the beach, beautiful view of the bay. We actually stayed in the same condo 4 years ago and loved it. Peg Leg Petes is within walking distance and has great food. Wonderful communication with management of condo.

Quick Trip

Quick trip looking for property as my Son was sent by the Navy to Pensacola. Perfect location for our trips, very nice condo, very clean, nice patio looking at the bay, just across the street is good parking or walk to the beach looking at the gulf. Would stay again. Great hosts.

Very cute condo. Beautiful Sound/Bay views. Beach access was right across the street and the pool was wonderful. 3 flights of stairs to consider if mobility is an issue. The starter toiletries were sparse…1 roll TP per bath for 8 days, no shampoo, conditioner or soap for shower was provided. We flew in for our visit and were disappointed there was only 1 beach towel. The check in process was not as easy as other places we’ve stayed. Overall, it was a nice visit.

Getaway

This place was beautiful. Very clean and well kept. Kids loved the private pier to fish off and the pool. Beach was a short walk from the place. We also enjoyed being right down the road from Fort Pickens. Would stay here again.

Great Stay!

We were there for the Blues and the location is great! It's an easy bike ride or golf cart up to the pier and your right next to a 24hr store and Peg Leg's (which is great food). The condo was clean and the description was spot on. I would stay again for sure.

Perfect Get-A-Away

The property is amazingly convenient to all amenities! I was looking for something from my family to get away unplug and unwind. That only was the property listed accurately, it was conveniently located to perfect beach access. Just outside the heart of the community there were plenty of dining options of all price ranges. I appreciated how safe the area was since I was traveling with my young children. I will definitely be returning in the future and until then recommending this property!

Perfect stays for family

Hi, I’m Adam from Fayetteville Arkansas, we stayed at this condo from 6/5-6/9 2023. Everything was great!, the condo is super clean and very quiet here, short walks to the beach, trolley stops, Premier Dolphin Cruise, Peg Leg Pete restaurant and the mini market. We would love to come back next time.

Beautiful views of the bay from balcony. Across the street from the beautiful white sandy beach. She was very responsive of the maintenence repairs that she recognized before we checked in and they were fixed immediately. One of the steps to go up stairs was very loose and not safe for anyone to step on and we shown it to maintenence when they were there. He left and about 10 mins later he came back to fix it to our surprise. We were very pleased that she was concer about that. I would recommend to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Blue Angels Weekend

Host was very responsive. Condo was very clean. Beds comfortable. Only recommendation would be more bath towels for showering and hand soap! Would stay again!

Great stay

This property has the best location and was very conveniently located. On one side you’ve got the actual ocean and then the bay on the other side! There’s a beautiful boardwalk just steps away, great for fishing or watching a sun set. The ocean/ beach is within walking distance just right across the street, walking distance to restaurants and gas stations, The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Sonia was extremely kind and very responsive. We had no issues during our stay but she made sure to check on us once we finally arrived and made sure we had everything we needed, we will 100% stay here again,

Fun Family Stay

We drove up from Orlando for my husband’s birthday/Mother’s day weekend. We had a wonderful time! Sonia was easy to reach when we got a little lost :) The A/C was ice cold (& we needed that!) The pool is HUGE which was a plus! And the view from the balcony STELLAR, esp at sunset! The place is sweet, clean & comfy. It’s decorated so beautifully too! The location can’t be beat! So central to everything! Our stay could not have been better!

Santa Rosa Dunes!!!!

Our stay here was very relaxing and comforting. It was a short walk from the beach and right next door to a 24hr small store. I would definitely book again. The only criticism I have is there are no elevators so if you are not able to walk up stairs it would be a difficult stay. Other than that it’s GREAT!!!!

Best spring break trip!

Our time in Pensacola was amazing! The condo was easy to locate and the keyless entry was very convenient. It was very clean and stocked with the essentials and even extras like a keurig, beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys for the kiddos. The couch was very comfortable and roomy for tall people after a long day outside exploring. Additionally, the condo is perfectly located between the gulf and sound and close to restaurants and lots of things to do in Pensacola Beach. We could fish from the dock on the property and then walk across the street and enjoy the gorgeous white sand beach. The sunsets right out the window were dreamy creamsicle oranges and cotton candy pinks and blues. Our favorite memory was going to the beach and playing in the sand, and going on a charter fishing trip on the gulf!
