"Ein rustikales Landhaus mit ausreichend Duschen,Toiletten und großem Parkplatz. Die Klimaanlage hat auch bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur sehr gut funktioniert. Die Ausstattung in Küche und Wohnzimmer ist mehr als ausreichend. Ein großer Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlung ist vorhanden. Wir haben zusätzlich zum Haupthaus noch das Poolhaus mit einer großen Außenküche, einem weiteren Kühlschrank und einem separaten Schlafbereich mit Dusche für 2 Personen hinzugebucht. Sehr cool. Der Pool ist groß und es sind sehr viele Liegen vorhanden. Uns hat v.a. der tolle Außenbereich gefallen. Es gibt viele verschiedene Sitzbereiche, so dass man im Tagesverlauf immer irgendwo im Schatten bei leichtem Wind sitzen kann. Zudem gibt es Sonnenschirme, die entsprechend positioniert werden können. Sylvia hat uns gut eingewiesen und war bei Fragen über Whats App immer schnell zu erreichen. Da wir kein Französisch gesprochen haben, hat die Übersetzungsapp gute Dienste geleistet. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig etwas abseits der Hauptstraße. Das WLAN ist absolut ausreichend, solange nicht 3 Kinder gleichzeitig Daten herunterladen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen."

"Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans cette maison, grâce notamment à la terrasse avec superbe vue sur mer et la piscine qui nous a permis de nous rafraîchir en cette période de canicule. L’extérieur de cette maison est vraiment très agréable. Nous avons été moins convaincus par l’intérieur de l’appartement, un peu vieillissant, les chambres et la salle de bain notamment. La 3e chambre n’en est pas vraiment une, dégageant une forte odeur de renfermé. Les hôtes sont très attentionnés et aux petits soins, mais nous aurions apprécié davantage de discrétion et d’autonomie (plusieurs appels avant le séjour, sms et appels pendant le séjour, demande insistante de prise de rdv avec un réparateur pour un pb de machine à laver, etc …)"

"Une superbe semaine chez Jacky.Tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Logement très propre, très belle piscine, qui permet d’être à côté de toutes les belles attractions varoises. Nous avons eu l’intimité et la cerise sur gâteau : nous n’avions pas de lunettes pour l’éclipse et Jackie nous a partagé les siennes avec sa famille Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons et nous recommandons vivement !"

"Le gîte est très bien situé et sécurisé. La plage est réellement à 5.. 10 mn de la location( suivant la circulation).L'agencement du gîte est très " rustique". Nous étions présents pendant les températures chaudes et il manquait sérieusement de climatisation( 27 min...29 degrés à 23h... malgré la fermeture des volets).Malgré ces petits inconvénients...tres bon séjour et très bon marché à Carqueiranne."

"We stayed here as a couple in late June/early July. Finding the property was pretty easy when using google maps. The off-road parking is great, and Jacques & Fabienne spotted us arriving & came out to meet us, The property is extremely well-designed, with many luscious plantings and cacti making it a really welcoming place. The cicadas are loud, but the double glazing cuts out the noise as required. The house is well decorated, with many excellent personal touches. The water pressure in the shower is good, and there’s no shortage of hot water. All the kitchen & home appliances that you might need are provided to a high quality. And the air-conditioning was essential during our stay. The bed is comfortable, and there are loads of options for eating outside either on the upper balcony, or underneath the awning.The pool is great. Best pool in a rental property that we have seen.We walked to the beach a couple of times - an easy 20 minutes. And on Friday we walked to the town centre for market day and a couple of beers. It’s a 30 minute walk into town, but well worth it.Special mention to our hosts. They were perfect hosts, and we were lucky to enjoy their invitation to join them for a chat, some snacks and a dram in their property one evening.All in all, a great property, owned & managed by a lovely couple. Highly recommended."
