The excuse they gave was unable to get the contact for other person, when both our names and mobile was indicated in the online form before check-in to them. Check-in however was a nightmare, nobody seems to know where this place is, we were sent from one building to the other, from desk to desk carrying our heavy bags around until we finally found the right place. 500 MYR deposit for the key is also pretty steep, not had this anywhere else in Malaysia.
