Our greeting was awesome, they made us feel it was time to relax and to take it easy. They are very welcoming and dedicated to your needs and wellness.
The location is just perfect, we were able to walk with your big backpacks from the harbour to the Biba Beach Village. The view is phenomenal and their set up on the beach is like in paradise.
We enjoyed looking at the sunrise in the morning with the ocean and the Lombok mountains in the horizon.
The food was delicious and the room was very clean and charming.
We wish we would have stayed longer!

We made a reservation for good Friday and Saturday., unaware that banks were closed and we were not able to get our funds until Saturday. Even though the reservation was not adjustable, I called the hotel and they graciously changed our reservation to Saturday and Sunday.
My wife was the first to arrive at the hotel, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was larger than expected and very clean and well kept. The shower was excellent, plenty of hot water for a long shower.
The included breakfast was great, fried rice and fried noodles with an egg.
We would recommend The Box House to anyone going to Nusa Pineda.
