Dive trip

The only thing that makes us uncomfortable is the bed - somehow the sheet is not washed properly so you kinda feel there’s bed bugs, so in the morning I got rash on my feet. Also, if you looking for a quiet place, this is not it because we hear people from next door constructions, vehicle, etc. This place is otherwise nice and in a great location.

Good quality for the money

We send some clothes for laundry with the reception of the hotel and there were a few underwear missing and a broken sari, after we complain many times they offer a solution (not the best one)

Bed wasnt very comfortable and there wasnt anything or anywhere to put your luggage in the room, apart from the floor. We only received one pool towel when we asked and over the 3 days every time we asked for another or a fresh set we had the reply that non where available. Maybe invest in more towels.... Otherwise, lovely stay and good location

Awful Stay

The room smelled like chemicals upon check-in. There was also sand on the floor that wasn’t cleaned properly. The hotel itself is aesthetically quaint and homey, but not soundproof. Could hear neighbors until midnight often. The point to which the hotel went from bad to egregious, was when quoted 25k/kilo for laundry, and giving them what was at the most 5-6kg, they said that a towel was wet which somehow made the laundry weigh 20kg. 400k for a laundry scam in addition to the noise and filthy, gross smelling rooms. Had to book a 2nd hotel on the 3rd of 5 days because the stay was so unbearable. If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. What a nightmare of an experience!

OK for a short stay

The property is in dire state with room and amenities poorly managed and maintained. The pictures from the website are probably from the pre-pandemic era and no longer reflects the true current state. Checked in with a broken toilet that was fixed the following day. Only few staffs who works very hard at the entire property, so expects very slow service. Even with great price, I wouldn't stay here because the property lacks the very basic functions and things that are in proper working conditions. So very sad. This is a 1 star villa. Pro: Reasonable large room and good location to few restaurants around Cons: Slow service, slow intermittent WIFI, there are TV in superior rooms but no remote/not working; staff said TV service not included for superior room (this did not mention in hotels.com listing description), no place to hang clothes in the room, broken toilet, very slow running water, unclean pool with lots of dead bugs in it, limited lounge chair without umbrella (you have to ask before they set up the umbrellas), NO hot water, no hairdryer, no hand/face towel, no storage in superior room. Also hotel is very close to a bar or karaoke, so loud music or singing lasts til 11pm or so. You can hear the noise from the room so do not expect to be able to sleep early.
