"This place is pretty special. It is a small, low key resort. My son wanted to stay close to the pool, so we stayed in a standard room. The room wasn't great. The beds were hard, it could use a refresh, the air conditioner was loud, and there was no soundproofing. If we had picked one of the bungalows or treehouses, I likely would have given the place 5 stars. It is a nice alternative away from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna but still close to lots of attractions. "
"Beautiful surroundings. Walkable trail and nice wildlife. Very secluded. Nice private pool we had with our stay. Good breakfast. Would come again and my husband said it was the highlight of the trip. Thank you!!"
"I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at this tranquil retreat. The pool provided a refreshing escape, while in-house and external tours offered immersive experiences. The farm-to-table cuisine was both delectable and sustainable, elevating every meal. The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, ensuring a seamless and enriching stay. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely at ease and secure throughout my time here. Highly recommended for those seeking a serene and...
"This property was amazing, literally one of the most beautiful properties that I have ever stayed at! The staff were so accomodating, especially given a reservation error . They had us check in, stated they would handle the problem with Expedia, and told us the most important thing is that we have a good time. AND THEY LIVED UP TO IT! I couldn't believe there wasn't 100 extra charges and excuses etc--such incredible service! Our family of (6) kept busy on the hiking trails, at the beautiful...
"Beautiful place! The hotel is tucked up the hill on a gravel road that would be manageable in any car if you drive carefully. There is access to hiking from the hotel and nature all around.
William and staff were very helpful and always available. William can help book any kind of experience you’d like in the area and has great recommendations and advice.
Would definitely stay here again!"
"Very nice and quiet location. Perfect for someone who looks for a secluded place to stay. Hotel located in a very nice scenery in a near proximity of many attractions, activities and also La Fortuna city with many good places to eat. The staff is very nice and helpful."

"The balcony overlooking the rainforest and volcano was wonderful. The trail around the grounds and the restaurant were also great. We also enjoyed the pool bar. The staff were friendly and personable. The lighting in the room was a bit off, but everything else was incredible. "
