"Really supportive staff. Very efficient property. Not high luxury, but excellent value. Has to be one of the best ski in ski out around. You are right there. No stairs. No long walk. Free public transit comes right to the door and you are at the Whistler village in 10 minutes. We will be back. "

"We have stayed here several times. This time was probably the most challenging of the stays. We requested for a quiet room but we were woken up each morning with a neighbor's dishwasher at 7am which went on for an hr. It was frustrating to have to listen to this. We also had to request for a new kettle as the first one didn't work. On our second day, we had to request for a new microwave because it didn't work. The front desk person kindly gave us some discount when we checked out but this stay was not up to our usual standards because of the noise and appliance problems. The Hotel is in a good location and walking distance to everything which is why we usually book here. I also found that the pet fee has increased since our last stay in the fall. "
