Good location, clean and good room space.

The apartment was very good, clean, comfortable had all you need for a short stay and making simple meals. Very handy for central Wellington and parking on site. Helpful staff and clean rooms. Don’t expect a view, its surrounded by multistorey carparks and the back of other hotels. Biut very few hotels in Wellington do have a good view. It was pretty quiet most of the night, as it's tucked away from the bars and clubs. However, what spoilt an otherwise excellent stay was being woken early (4 and 5am) by the sound of delivery trucks revesing warnings going off multiple times as they made deliveries to the hotels behind.

Very nicely equipped efficiency. Bed is comfortable, bath is nice and kitchenette is perfect. In room laundry is super convenient although it is slow (combined washer/dryer). Great location in central business district.

Clean room, had everything we needed. Check in was perfect, staff member was spot on.

The special touches make all the difference: the wee treats in reception, the chocolate hour and great cocktails. The staff were also wonderful!
