Overall good stay, comfortable large rooms with microwave and small fridge. At the check in they told me “we don’t service rooms everyday, let us know if you need anything”, but I was there 3 nights and none of the days the room was serviced. I wish they would’ve told me “we won’t serve your room”, I thought it was not very transparent. Other than that, it was fine

I’ve stayed here numerous times and plan to keep it as my go-to hotel in Wellington. Other reviews have mentioned many of the hotel’s advantages, but as someone who doesn’t like elevators, I especially appreciate that I can book a room without the sometimes complicated task of securing a lower floor afterward—since the hotel only has 2 floors.
