"The property and owners were great. Unfortunately sargassum seaweed, a common seasonal problem in the Caribbean, arrived a few days before we did and that side of the island had a lot. It was an act of nature and nothing that the owners could have addressed. Still a great place, we just had to go elsewhere to swim. We will definitely stay there again, but will try to visit at a time when the seaweed is less common (ie not June). That said, it was still an amazing place. The rental car inclusion was great and we explored most of the island and all its attractions. "

"This house was everything I could have wanted to celebrate my 70th birthday with family and friends. The outside and inside were spectacular!! The only complaint I have is the bunk bed bedroom. It had no closet or attached bathroom like the other bedrooms, so anyone staying in that”bedroom “ had to use the Master Bedroom Bath. It would have been better use of space to make it into a fitness room."

"We're water people and come to Spotts Beach to snorkel. This is a fantastic condo for that. Roll out of bed in the morning and it's just a few steps to the always available lounge chairs. Quiet beach, plenty of shade and the peace of mind that you can leave your things on your lounge chair and they'll be there when you're done swimming. This is an oasis. The condo is clean and has everything you need, but is simple. The spiral staircase to the upstairs loft may be an issue for some and the upstairs bathroom is small....but, again, it's all functional and the price is good. Great A/C and fans and we love having the outdoor space open and without screens...you feel much closer to the ocean, we think. No issues with insects in late May so we spent a lot of time on the patio. LOVE the very shaded beach and appreciate being able to get a lounge chair anytime and have shade available. Middle of the island, close to a great grocery store and away from the crowds....Spotts Beach is our go-to place when we need to relax and this is a condo we'll choose again. Exceptional management service makes check-in/ check-out EASY. Liked having their contact info and found them very responsive. Extensive instructions will make your visit easy, especially if you're new to Grand Cayman. "

"The house was accurately described. There are turtles right off the beach of the houses beach which was amazing. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. They included enough house supplies so you didn't have to go get your own basics like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. which was really nice. Cons: The shower drain was clogged when we arrived but was fixed asap. The water to the house was off for half a day. So we had no water. The house is right next to a parking lot for a public beach. So that caused a few issues. When we arrived there were four giant tents setup on the beach just below the house. The people stayed there on the beach for two days/nights. One morning when I was drinking my coffee and walking on the beach one of the beach campers was peeing right there against the house. Also, one time when I went down the stairs of the house to get to the beach three teenagers were smoking weed on the steps of the house down by the beach. It's just something to be aware of as we were not expecting that. Also, Uber is not present & the house is a good 20 minutes or more from almost everything. There is a grocery store within 15 minutes so that was helpful. We were told that it's extremely hard to get taxi's to this part of the island so you will need a rental. Also, there is a 79.99 delivery fee if you want the pack n play delivered otherwise you have to pick it up about 30-40 minutes from the house so FYI."
