"The staff was all amazing here. The gym was state of the art. The food was a little more expensive than I would have liked, but was very delicious. Pool and patio area was very nice. The one and only thing I would have loved to help off set the price of food around us was a microwave. The room had a coffee machine and small refrigerator but nothing to heat up left overs. But overall I would love to stay in this hotel again."

"The Air conditioner worked. That was good. However, we were concerned to find debris on the bed … bits of sand and some dead bugs on top of the sheets. The bed is right underneath the A/C unit … maybe debris blown onto the bed when the A/C was turned on? The office was closed by the time we noticed at bedtime, so we could not change rooms or request fresh sheets (the sheets also had stains on them). As a result, we just shook out the sheets outside and remade the bed. No mattress pad so the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The room was a bit shabby as well … chips and scratches in the paint on the walls, especially by the closet doors. The staff was great at check-in and check-out and the bathroom was clean. Overall, not a great experience, but not absolutely horrible either."

"I booked online and their check in desk was closed. I was unable to stay there for any duration of the time I reserved the room. I also contacted their customer service multiple times for a refund since the service was not rendered, and also for assistance since they did not have an option for contactless check in. Still have had no response 1 week after. My attempts were well within the check in hours with the only notice as piece of paper taped to the window. The entrance area and elevator were also dirty and smelled "
