"The pool was closed and under renovation. the restaurant served me hot beer with a mug of ice and I still have to pay for it. The bodywash in our room was watered down couldn’t use that. and the breakfast was cold. "

"Wow, Hopkins Bay Resort was amazing. Friendly staff, beautifully clean pools, top-notch food and drinks. Exactly what our family was looking for. The 2 bdrm villa with a living room and kitchen was perfect. We loved being on the North end of town and taking our golf cart anywhere we wanted. Only 22 minutes golf cart drive all the way to Sittee River Marina - highly recommend btw for snorkeling or bioluminescence tours too! If you're searching for a high-quality resort experience with everything you need steps away, and a cool little town with excellent local food and restaurants, but not the big resort experience, but more personalized, low-key, and incredibly high quality. I'd highly recommend this place. Loved it! "

"The concierge tried to put us in a room that had no windows. How could they do that? I was like no way I know I asked for a king size bed, but no one should be in a little room with no windows. He did move us to a double bed with windows, which was much nicer. I was never told that there was construction going on and no pool. We never would’ve stayed there. the restaurant was nice. Probably the only thing that the customer service guy was nice. He took care of us in our immediate problem. Thank you."

"When we got to the property we were greeted warmly and given a brief tour of the house. Everything we needed was there and we were made to feel welcome. The hosts were great and helped us have a great trip."

"The room was clean, air conditioning was cold and staff was great. It was a little hard to locate as it does not have a traditional lobby. The lobby is on the 2nd floor inside the Call center and casino tower. The lobby closes at a certain time and a number to call is posted, althought the staff is responsive."
