Excellent location. Clean, modern building. Heaters worked well. Responsive, friendly staff. Hot water was only luke warm - not great for showering in the winter.

Unfortunately, this is an average level hotel. The room was so small that we struggled to get to the other end of the bed. The area surrounding the hotel, was dirty. The cleaning of the rooms was perfect and breakfast/morning tea was ok.
