"Check in took longer as the staff person was on the phone dealing with a reservation. A line of 4 checkins was behind me and I was second in line. I don't blame the clerk she was doing her best. They should have someone to step up when this occurs

"Good central location, it's nice to have all the available options in the store. We were too tired to get up for breakfast, so didn't get a chance to test that out and the theater wasn't showing a movie that interested us, but the beds were comfortable, the water nice and hot, tv had lots of channels and the showers are easy to get into. Friendly service. Perfect for a quick stop on the way home after a long road trip. "
"This hotel as well as the service and staff is a 10 out of 10 and I am picky! I was a little shocked at the $44 overnight valet parking but it sure was nice to have my rental car sitting right outside the front doors at 6am. The room service food was great. Every single person was friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotless. "
