Perfect spot for our visit!

We enjoyed our stay in this duplex. There was a nice fenced yard to take our dog out and a comfortable living room for hanging out together. Location was perfect for us as my son lives fairly close and it is only 5 min or so to the area where he works. The neighborhood was fine for walking the dog, it is just too bad the dumpy property next door hasn’t been condemned.

Overall good stay

This place worked well for us (family of 4) staying to visit with family in the area. It was very close to lots of restaurants and whatnot. The area was a little sketchy- it was by all really run down houses/apartments. However I never didn’t feel safe. The king bed was comfy but the twin beds were not. The furniture was cute but not very comfy but we didn’t spend a lot of time there. The kitchen was semi stocked but not super great for cooking. Loved that they provided coffee. They use pretty heavily scented products so something to consider if you are sensitive to fragrance like I am.

Very cute - nearly perfect if you stay inside

Very cute place! Decor can't be beat and it felt spacious for the 2 of us. It was clean and ready for us; easy check in with code lock. Easy use of LR TV for basic channels but there was ability to use streaming accounts also, we just didn't. Split AC does a pretty good job of keeping the place cool but we did have to run fans in bedrooms to sleep comfortably since they're in the back of the unit. Minor complaints: no coffee at all (just a few tea pods left in the whole pod rack) or any other snacks. No trash bag liner so we used paper bags we had. No corkscrew but we bought and left one there. I think our biggest disappointment was the condition of the exterior. The lawn was basically neglected for the season. Weeds, dead grass, and overall disrepair. None of these were critical to our stay so we did not bother the hosts. There was a place to sit on the side of the house but it didn't feel welcoming or comfortable due to proximity to some very close neighbors who were active outside. Generally it didn't feel like a safe place to walk around, which was too bad for us b/c we didn't have a car. But like I said above, the ambiance inside was very nice so that's where we spent the bulk of our time. Not sure if we would stay here again, only b/c we would rather have somewhere we can spend more time outdoors/walking.

Close to vancouver

Stayed here a couple nights for graduation services in the area. Really close to Clark College. Kitchen seemed pretty well stocked, but we only used the coffee maker. Picked it due to location and fenced yard for our dog. Didn't spend much time at the unit. Neighborhood a bit on the sketchy side, but had no problems. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. Beware of the dining chairs. A couple were broken so had to be careful. Host was responsive. No issues

The tiny house is adorable and very clean. The owner/manager was very kind and quick to respond to my question. Very pleasant stay and this will definitely be where I stay when I come back to visit Vancouver. Thank you!
