The White House at Pearl Beach

This large, contemporary beach house is a sanctuary that invites you to indulge in the ultimate seaside escape. Set against the backdrop of pristine Australian native bush and only steps to the pristine sands of the exclusive Pearl Beach.



It is the ideal house for 2 -3 families to get away together with 3 king/queen rooms and a kids room with a 2 bunks and 2 single beds.



Sleeping 6 adults and 4 children comfortably.



The Space:

This space is deal for the bigger groups allowing 6 adults plus 4 children or teens to share the space effortlessly , large indoor and outdoor dining and lounge area.



The White House has two levels with the master bedroom and ensuite located on the privacy of the ground floor. It has a king size bed, private television, bathroom with spacious walk in shower, free standing bath and separate toilet.



The main living area is upstairs with dining, kitchen and living area moving seamlessly onto the large outdoor deck.



The comfortable lounge area provides multiple seating options including a full length built in bench seat with stunning views to the back garden and deck area.



The dining area comfortably seats 8 people with an additional five seats in the adjacent kitchen area. The dining looks out into the trees and the front verandah, a tranquil place in the morning sun.

The entire upper floor, bedrooms, dining, kitchen and living has ducted air conditioning. The Master suite on the ground floor has a split system air conditioner and also has a ceiling fan.



The front garden of The White House has a tiered lawn and verandah sheltered by the stunning tree canopy. There is a secure garage for one car and parking in the driveway to accomodate a further two cars.



The private rear garden has a large deck with a dining table comfortably seating 9 people, Weber family BBQ, lawn, outdoor lounge seating and outdoor shower and a fire pit area.



The stunning garden is partly fenced although the property extends back into the garden to Jade Place.



Plenty of kids beach equipment bikes and toys to enjoy during your stay.

Very quiet, leafy - walk to the beach or enjoy the coastal walks to Patonga.

The Beach has a ocean pool and there are local tennis courts.



Getting Around:

Once in pearl beach it is best to walk everywhere, everything is close. Closed shops are umina which is a 7 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

All bookings will require to provide government issued ID for security purposes. The booker will also be required to complete our digital registration confirming acceptance of our Terms and Conditions



The Greenhouse Peace of Mind Damage Waiver



All bookings via all platforms are covered by our Guesty screen and protect damage waiver for accidental damage during your stay up to $50000. A fee of $59 will be automatically included in booking folio.

We do not need to take a security deposit from you.

Note: theft and deliberate damage is not covered and will be reported to local police.



Interaction with Guests:

We won't be there in person, but will be contactable. We have local maintenance, ground and cleaning staff that can attend in an emergency.
