The ONE at Pearl Beach is located just steps from Pearl Beach.



It is a large private newly renovated home with rear lake access enabling guests to kayak to the beach directly from the back yard.

Ideal for 2-3 families, an extended family or 4 couples.

You will love the outdoor space which can be fully enclosed with dining for 14.



The Space:

4 Beautiful spacious internal bedrooms and 1 external bedroom with a single bed, desk and heating. Plus a kids or teens breakaway room with a further 1 double sofa bed and 2 singles to accommodate 2-4 children - this break away room is connected to the master room. Total adults allowed at 9 plus 3 children in the kids room.

The One has an enclosed large outdoor entertaining area with seating for 14. It has fully retractable cafe blinds so can be enjoyed all year round.

The outdoor has a fire pit area, cedar hot tub and external bath.



Large Kitchen stylish lounge and indoor dining all with a cool coastal style.

Additionally the 5th external single room at the rear of the property is ideal for a single adult or teen with the extra addition of a desk and chair. This room has heating and cooling.



Entertainment:

Both TV's are smart so you can connect your favourite streaming service. The main TV has free to air. We also provide a sonos speaker and ipad so you can stream music during your stay.

The primary booker will be required to complete the digital registration including providing valid ID.



The Greenhouse Peace of Mind Damage Waiver



All bookings via all platforms are covered by our Guesty screen and protect damage waiver for accidental damage during your stay up to $50000. A fee of $59 will be automatically included in booking folio.

We do not need to take a security deposit from you.

Note: theft and deliberate damage is not covered and will be reported to local police.
