  • Escape to your own private creekside retreat just outside of Payson—completely remodeled and packed with unforgettable amenities for both kids and adults.
    The star of the property is the massive multi-level deck overlooking a beautiful, year-round creek. Relax around the huge fire pit with 12 Adirondack chairs, unwind in the massive hot tub perched just above the water, or let the kids explore the zip line through the trees, flying saucer swing, sand table, and outdoor basketball hoop. The upper deck features a one-of-a-kind glass pergola with a table and art supplies for kids—fully adjustable with opening/closing ceiling and walls so you can enjoy it in any weather.
    Inside, the home has been fully remodeled with spacious bathrooms and a stunning kitchen, stocked with everything you need—including s’mores sticks for evenings by the fire. The large dining table seats 8 comfortably, with additional seating for 2 at the island. A mini-split system throughout the home allows you to customize heating and cooling in each area for maximum comfort year-round.
    The basement is a kid (and adult) dream hangout, featuring a TV lounge, basketball shooting game, pinball machine, skee-ball machine, and a variety of games. It also includes a custom 3-level bunk setup with three king beds, perfect for groups and families.
    Upstairs, the open loft (no door) offers a cozy queen bed, plus a private balcony with a telescope—perfect for stargazing under Arizona’s clear skies. There is also a pack n play for your convenience.
    On the main level is a primary bedroom with a king bed and a guest bedroom with a king bed.
    Throughout the home, huge windows bring the outdoors in, offering peaceful views of the forest and frequent wildlife sightings.

My family absolutely loved this property, as I was looking for a nice place to have a family reunion in Christopher Creek.The layout of the house is great, with a large kitchen, awesome streaming tv and a dinner table for big family meals.The one thing the pictures of the property don't do justice, are the beautiful decks. The upper deck is so spacious, with a really cool enclosed room, perfect for the kids and the most incredible hot tub is on the lower deck, right next to the sounds of the creek.If you are a stargazer, the stars were quite a sight to behold at night and the telescope was a really cool touch.The basement was a big hit with my son, niece and nephew. Not only did they get their kid privacy with really large bunkbeds, but they spent so much time down there playing pinball, skeeball and pop a shot.We will definitely be back, as this is the kind of place that gives everybody what they're looking for in a forest get away.

Fantastic home!! We took 8 kids and they had a blast. LOVED the zip line. The game room was a big hit. They lit a fire in the fire pit at night and did smores after they spent time in the hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked. The lake was only a short drive away so everyone went fishing.Just a great weekend getaway for us!

Hands down the best property we have ever rented! The scenery is gorgeous and the amenities are 10/10. The kids were in heaven between the game room, hot tub, craft area in the pergola, zip line and swing, and the nearby creek. Great spot for explorers and those seeking a relaxing experience as well. It felt like we were staying in a modern treehouse! Will definitely be staying here again.
