"Great location and friendly staff."

"Unfortunate service from check in. We needed a small accommodation (a room change to the lower level) and the individual behind the front desk was not very accommodating. Expedia had to call them to support us. We ended up not staying there for a few reasons- one being the unkind staff, staff stating there are none of the same rooms available downstairs then after Expedia called and we cancelled they did have a King room. The room also smelled like cigarettes. Honestly would have given the place a chance if it was not for the unfortunate and unkind service upon check in. Do better. "

"The bed was very uncomfortable, the door had a big hole in it, and I found hairs and stains on my sheets and towels. The AC unit made terrible noises that kept me up all night. "

"This is one of the nicest homes I have ever rented especially while bringing my dogs. It was completely dog safe from the backyard, and to the front door with the gated patio. Super private, comfy bed, everything you could ask for while staying in a house. Gabriel was super accommodating to my special requests. This was the 2nd time I have stayed here and one of my favorites! I will definitely return the next time I come to Payson."
