"Great place to stay for a quick trip. We usually book oceanfront, but this was such a close walk and had a creek pier, so for a quick trip, perfect without tne insane oceanfront price. Great location for pet friendly. Tne only reasin I didn't give 4 stars was no dishwasher and at least tne bed I used was not very cimfirtabke.. Tne other bed used , said was, guess I coukd have tried one of tne otgers, but i was all settled in that room with my dog.Loved tne decir"

"We had a great stay overall! The property was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, especially after spending time out in the heat. "These newer build units were unique but I prefer an old south architecture. The exterior had a stacked shipping container vibe. Bedrooms on the lowest level and living room and kitchen on the second floor. When the twin beds were pushed together to make a queen size ( requested) the room was too small for two people to function so our friends slept separately for the week. Not what they desired. The views from the 2nd floor balcony lacked water or boats unless turned side ways. It was a...

"The Seabatical suite was exactly as advertised! Beautiful accommodations with all of the comforts of home. Check-in was seamless because Denise, the host provided all needed information ahead of time. She was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The entire space was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony provided a great place to enjoy coffee or a good book. We will definitely be returning for another stay very soon."

"Stay at this condo for my daughter’s cross country meet in Pawley’s Island. The location, space, amenities and price made it a better deal than a hotel. While it was only myself staying at the condo, it would be a great place for a family of 4. I would recommend staying."

"This property is lovely and the host is very easy to communicate with. Luis also made an accommodation for our family on a needed appliance, which was great. There are a lot of pros to this property, it was clean, lots of sleeping spaces, good kitchen accessories, second fridge downstairs that we used for beverages, and the beach access is wonderful. The area of beach in front of the house was relatively private and compared to some areas of Pawleys, there was good beach above high tide to set up on. I will note that the kitchen and main area where we hung out is disconnected from the beach and on the marsh side. We really enjoyed the marsh, especially at sunset and the watchtower gave an incredible view, but did miss the beach sounds and sights as part of our house and porch time. The only real way to see the beach from the house is from the master bedroom balcony and even then the view is a little limited by the big houses in front. I'll also note that this house doesn't come with any beach accessories (chairs, beach towels) which was hard with some of our guests flying as we had to bring it all or rent locally. Finally, the bathrooms are all dedicated to the bedrooms, which was a little tricky for us with the people staying in basement or master area away from the kitchen and main gathering space. Overall though it was a great, beautiful, and unique space."
