Located in the heart of Murrells Inlet, this modern and stylish home features a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, and spacious comfortable bedrooms. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood with space for 5+ vehicles, near all main attractions including the Marsh Walk, Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington State Park and dozens of locally beloved dining spots. Centrally located so trips to surrounding areas such as Pawley's Island, Georgetown, and Myrtle Beach are quick and easy.

This bright and inviting home has an open floor plan, so spending time with friends and family in the commons areas is very enjoyable. Yes, there is a Keurig! There is bar seating as well as a dining table and plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. The bathroom includes a soaking tub, walk in shower and even a TV. With custom ceilings equipped with ambient lighting throughout the whole house, it is easy to set the mood by changing the color and dimming the main lighting to your preference.

The "mini mansion" was spotless! This might sound silly, but the paper towers and toilet paper were good quality products. Everything in the mini mansion was very well done. It's very convenient to so many things. Would definitely stay here again.

Super clean, great easy access to Georgetown, Pawleys Island, Myrtle and North Myrtle and everywhere in between.Great host, the place has everything we need. SUPER quiet location zero motorcycle noise the Murrells Inlet known for.

Perfect in every way

Our place was very beautifully furnished. Great location for us. Super friendly host. Felt like home. Looked like something out of a magazine. Great extras Easy to find. Convenient, central location and a tidy, well equipped home

The property was exactly what we were hoping for - a clean, comfortable home set up well for a family with young children. Not only was the kitchen fully stocked with all cookware/dinnerware we might like to use, the bathroom and bedrooms were well stocked with extra towels and blankets so that we lacked for nothing. The location was also perfect. All the local activities were so close. We particularly enjoyed going to the Litchfield public beach access for a quieter, laid-back beach experience. We would highly recommend this place to any other small groups/small families!

Quick weekend and I can’t wait to go back!

The property is as portrayed on the listing, but even better! What a quiet neighborhood! I got a message from Tim 8 minutes after my booking! Talk about customer service! Convenient to the areas of Pawley’s Island, Murrell’s Inlet, Garden City and Myrtle Beach. What a gem and I will definitely recommend to friends and family that will be traveling there to consider this listing!

Great place!

This is the cutest property. Behind the main house it looks inconspicuous from the outside. Inside it’s beautiful! Fully equipped kitchen, relaxing couches, comfy beds, great bathroom and shower. The washer and dryer is such a great added bonus. We needed a nice stay as a home base as we looked for a house to relocate to. It was a perfect spot, close to the marsh walk and a great spot for us as we went house shopping. Owner answered my questions immediately. A/C works great. Almost too great! Thanks for a great stay! Highly recommend!

Lovely home

The house was really clean and felt brand new. The living area was very comfortable, nice and cool with excellent air-conditioning. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. Tim, the owner, was very responsive, quickly answering any questions we had. There were tvs in both bedrooms as well as the living room. The bathroom was big with a really nice shower and bathtub. There are several really nice beaches nearby and a CVS, and Food Lion really close. We would definitely recommend this property.
