"For what we paid, we expected a much higher standard. The water pressure was extremely low, to the point that we were unable to brush our teeth or wash our hands at the bathroom sink and had to use the kitchenette sink instead. The room was worn, outdated, and not laid out in a way that made it functional. For example, the main entrance/exit was located in the bedroom with the double beds, where our children were sleeping. Additionally, there was only one couch that seats three, with no additional seating, in a two-bedroom unit advertised to accommodate six guests. The miniature golf area is in serious need of attention, and most of the outdoor foot showers were not working, with only one operational. The beach view was also largely obstructed by the tiki bar roof. Overall, the property appears to be in need of significant updates and does not reflect the price point. Based on this experience, we would not choose to return and would not recommend the property to friends or family visiting Panama City Beach."

"Beautiful rooms on the beach front. The rooms of appeared clean, however we saw about 50 or 60 roaches in our room during our stay. Yeah where did the housekeeping manager and she said she could send someone over the next day to spray for roaches. No one ever came.. overall the staff was very nice but hard to be a truly enjoyable stay while sharing a room with that many roaches, that we could see. The old saying goes if you see one roach there are thousands!"

"We had a great time! The pool was lovely to sit by and we cooked a ton of meals in the kitchen, they had everything you need as well as plenty of towels. The washer/dryer was great for a week long stay and the place was a perfect distance to walk to the beach. Laura showed us a map of places to eat around town and made great suggestions on how to make the most of our trip. Would highly recommend staying here!"
