I appreciate everything from the incredible room with a balcony to the small touches (the owner introducing herself to every guest at breakfast with a small flower and the complimentary late check-out). The staff was very friendly and, as Deborah (owner) had mentioned, many had been with her for 10+ years. I enjoyed using the top-quality toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/body gel/lotion). This was important as it set the high-quality standard of the resort. The grounds, tropical plants, and trees set the table for a private, intimate, and enjoyable stay. "Its secondtime i decide to stay here in Nirvana. Primarily because the rooms are largely with bathtub, staff are always very kind & politely. Everyday the offer to cleaning the room, who i do value too. The prices for room/stay/services i can only recommend it. I travel Thailand for 10+y. I will come back here again."
