The location is perfect in a very nice street. But I have to honest, the room I got was very dirty, the walls were stainy over the pillows. The pillowsheets were brown in the edges. The toilet were placed so close behind the shower wall that you had to back in, sit down and turn around 90 degrees. The airconditen made a lot if noise and did not like a proper AC should. But all in all, the hotel has its charm and very nice staff.

great location for access to everywhere in Jom tien and a good price , could do with updating the tv’s in due course to HDMI FLatscreens although I’m sure there is still a Covid hangover

Stefans Guesthouse was a good choice for me, the check- in was swift and efficient with very friendly staff. My room, was of a good size, a comfortable bed, very clean and everything worked ie, the shower , AC pus a wall fan, TV, fridge etc. I was quite happy to live with Thai style multi coloured and patterned floor and wall tiles! The Hotel is opposite the beach and the surrounding Soi's (street's) have everything you would need from Pharmacies, 711 stores, food stalls, shops, bars and restaurants and on the bus route into Pattaya. Very good for the price and very little to comlain about.

I spent 4 weeks in April-May 2023 at Stefans Guesthouse. When I arrived at the hotel after a long journey, it felt nice that the friendly owner himself welcomed me. Everything was ready for me. I had reserved a large balcony room. The room had all the equipment of a normal hotel room, including air conditioning and a safe. The room was very clean. The location of the hotel is excellent. 100 meters to the sandy beach. All around in the same block is everything a lone tourist needs. Lots of different restaurants and services. Ehrliche Unterkunft, es wird nichts beschönigt und du bekommst das wofür du bezahlst. Frühstück zu vernünftigen Preisen und es wurde gratis Kaffee nachgeschenkt. Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer ohne Balkon gebucht, das war für meine Zwecke und Länge des Aufenthaltes komplett zufriedenstellend. Stefan ist ein aufrichtiger Gastgeber und steht gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Mir persönlich hat die unkomplizierte Art von Stefan sehr gut gefallen 👍

Kamer was schoon, maar oud. Airconditioning was rumoerig hetzelfde met de ventilator, er wordt weinig of geen onderhoud aan gepleegd aan deze dingen, wel begrijpelijk weinig gasten dus weinig inkomsten.

The breakfasts were excellent. The room was good for the price. There was one efficient staff member named Chai. The rest were hopeless. I booked twin beds but this was not supplied. The bathroom was filthy on checkin. The stairwells were a challenge.
