The hotel was very nice, but the only downside is there is no elevator. I was on the 4th floor, it was a little tiring the first three days, but i needed the exercise so i am not complaining. I person that can't walk well might have a problem. The staff was always very nice. The hotel was quiet, being so close to Walking Street i really did like that.

Good little hotel

Considering its location this small hotel is quiet and not at all noisy. Only down side no lift so don't get a room on floor 4 !

Just steps from Walking Street but you won’t hear any of the noise because nearby clubs are all closed. Great service and freelance friendly. Nice room.

Good hotel

W14 is my go to hotel when i visit Pattaya. Its easy to get anywhere from this location baht bus are avaliable nearby to go to Jomtien, buakow, jomtien, terminal 21 etc. Of course its near walking street which is where the action is. Service from staff always good. Overall no complaints about this Hotel. I will continue to stay here if price is reasonable.

Very nice little hotel - recommended!

A small hotel less than 100 meter from Walking street. Though Walking street is only 100 meter away it is very silent. Good sleep very clean and big room. Friendly and helpful staff. If I go to Pattaya again I will book W14.

W14 Pattaya

Everything was excellent. Well kept rooms with everything you need. No restaurant in the hotel, but there are places to eat nearby. The only caveat is that the floors in the rooms can be slippery when wet, so be sure to wear the provided slippers.

Night Life

Hotel is a modern, clean and convenient location for the night life in Thailand with an excellent helpful friendly staff. Would recommend for singles/couples. For families it may be considered a bit noisy for this hotel as it close to the bars on Pattaya walking street.

This place was a great find and affordable! Right off Walking Street and not real loud at night like other places. Card lock to get in so very safe and someone at front desk about 20 hours a day. Guest friendly and the rooms are spacious, great bathroom with shower. AC works good and Wifi was ok, spotty at times, but worked fine. Staff was friendly and place was clean. 1 min walk to 1st part of Walking street. So many places to go out and eat, 711 was right there too at the end of street, 1 min walk. Overall, I extended twice here. It is def worth the stay, price, cleanliness, location location location. See you next time W14!

This property is right off Walking Street but it is not loud like other places I stayed. Key entry front door and cool inside. Rooms are spacious and cool, updated and cool little lights around the bed to play with for lighting. Fan in room was good to for extra circulation, safe, fridge, great shower with big spout in middle and one you can take out and move around too. Great location, friendly staff, nice and cool and very very affordable! I extended an extra night and maybe even 1 more too! W14 is one of my favs by far. Only downside, no elevator, so request a room on ground floor or 1st floor.

Very enjoyable stay but with minor issues

I am a regular guest at w14 but i feel it is hotel that can do better. Firstly, maintain the rooms and air-conditioning better. Some paint is peeling, some wear on the furniture (table, cupboards, closet) and the air conditioning can be a bit noisy at times. Also out of the 1 week i was there. There were 3 days, mosquitoes were found in my room.Mosquitoes bites are irritating, they spread dengue fever or other diseases and at times disturb you while sleeping. I do hope the management act on this. The staff are friendly and great. The above are minor issues. Overall I enjoyed my stay at w14 and will definitely stay there again.
