Well were do i start . Within 5 mins of arriving security guard tryed selling drugs . Did at least 20000 steps a day as out of the way had to walk past growling wild dogs every day. It says wifi but you try getting pass words as no body available! Or speaks english . Room service is very poor had to track down a cleaner after 7 days just to change towels wich wasn't easy .

There were a number of unique things about this property, sadly none that I can remember that were 'good'. When you arrive, the hotel is broken up into several buildings. There is a guardhouse situated around the permitier of a fountain (which doesn't work). There is no reception on premises, and what was the reception is open and available for anyone to look at, sadly, it is full of what looks like bridal gear for a seperate business. I then called the telephone number and someone picked up, directing me to the correct building and telling me that the key to my room was in the mailbox and I should go and collect it myself.

If you stay here you have to pay 500 baht for cleaning service exclude from room rate and also pay deposit 1,000 baht. The location is South Pattaya not far if you want to go Sattahip. Around condo doesn't have any food. You have to drive to the main road and you will find the street food.

Overall stay was ok.This is basically an independent studio condo being rum by owner amd it is a studio type.Being said this , there was no cuttlery other than 2 cups and 2 glasses.There is a v v small outside area with no chair.The bed and sitting sofa had stains so may be because of old furniture. Overall resort of which this condo is a part is a nice and has a nice swimming facility. The owner was easily reachable via email and kind enough to let is check out late for an hour.This condo bulding is 20 min walk to floating market and also there is a family mart at a walking distance of 600 m.Rest to go to other attraction in main pattaya u have to call taxi or UBer is a better ecnomical option. There is a resturant at side but towards expensive side.
